Configure and maintain the Manhattan Active TM system to support transportation planning, execution, and optimization processes.
Translate business requirements into system configurations and workflows within the Manhattan Active TM environment.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, transportation planners, and IT teams to gather and validate functional requirements.
Lead or support the testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of TM system changes, enhancements, and integrations.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
Provide day-to-day support and issue resolution related to TM configurations, including carrier management, rate setup, and routing guide configurations.
Ensure proper documentation of configuration changes, process flows, and user manuals.
Collaborate with Manhattan Associates support and/or implementation partners for escalated issues and new feature rollouts.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Transportation Management (TM), configuration and setup required.
Solid understanding of transportation planning and execution processes in complex logistics environments.
