Lead the design and execution of paid media creative (static, video, and UGC-style ads)
Create high-performing assets for acquisition initiatives optimized for click-through and conversion
Define and improve creative testing frameworks and workflows
Collaborate with paid media, data, and product teams to align creative with KPIs
Design conversion-focused landing pages with strong UI/UX principles
Generate innovative creative concepts that improve performance and lower acquisition costs

Background in graphic design, visual communication, or UI/UX
2+ years of experience designing for email marketing and retention-driven experiences
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Hands-on experience building emails within an ESP (e.g., Klaviyo)
Solid understanding of responsive email design and UI/UX principles
Ability to work within and maintain design systems and brand guidelines
Comfortable reading engagement and conversion metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion)
Strong collaboration skills with marketing, data, and product teams
Attention to detail and ability to translate briefs into on-brand, high-performing creative
Experience in AI-powered design tools and automations
