About this role
Role Overview
Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 existing commercial real estate (CRE) client accounts
Act as the primary point of contact for client engagement, adoption, retention, and growth
Drive adoption and client value realization by leading onboarding support and ongoing engagement
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in partnership with Sales Executives
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues quickly and ensure a seamless customer experience
Use CRM and customer success tools to track engagement and monitor account health
Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, SDR/BDR, or Sales within a SaaS or B2B environment
Experience managing client relationships and driving outcomes
Understanding of balancing client relationships with retention, expansion, and revenue accountability
High level of curiosity, energy, and accountability
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is beneficial
