Role Overview
Own pipeline generation through self-sourced prospecting and inbound opportunities
Leverage AI-powered tools to identify and engage B2B target accounts
Maintain a high-volume pipeline with real-time forecast accuracy
Build relationships across organizational levels and connect with decision makers
Conduct excellent discovery to understand prospect goals and pain points
Develop a deep understanding of Green Street's products and competitive landscape
Collaborate cross-functionally to share best practices and drive customer success
Requirements
5+ years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, fintech, data/analytics, or high-growth sectors
Fluency with modern sales tech stack (CRM, sales engagement platforms, AI tools)
Proven track record in pipeline generation and closing new business
Comfortable operating without rigid geographic territories
Understanding of financial concepts relating to client decision-making
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
