Role Overview
- Owns the end‑to‑end strategy, definition, and delivery of the LUNA Robotic Catheter Assembly
- Leads subsystem architecture decisions, requirements flow-down, and interface definitions
- Establishes program plans, schedules, deliverables, risk assessments, and resource alignment
- Drives day‑to‑day execution of development activities, ensuring clarity of priorities
- Collaborates and influences various departments to ensure successful subsystem delivery
Requirements
- Requires a Baccalaureate degree or equivalent with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- 7+ years of managerial experience
- Advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience and 7+ years of managerial experience
- Mastery level knowledge and skills within a technical or professional discipline
