You plan and implement IT projects as part of our internationalization efforts and continuously develop our global IT landscape
You introduce modern endpoint, identity and workplace solutions, standardize them and optimize existing services
You administer and further develop our Microsoft platform with a focus on Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and Exchange Online
You work closely with internal business units, external service providers and international contacts, coordinating joint IT initiatives
You ensure consistent processes, security standards and operating models in an international environment
You operate and optimize local infrastructure, including Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, network and backup solutions
You support employees with complex IT requests and take on technical escalations from the service desk
You analyze existing systems, identify optimization opportunities and implement sustainable improvements
You produce and maintain technical documentation as well as standards and policies

Several years of professional experience administering and advancing Microsoft-based IT infrastructures
Experience planning and executing IT projects, particularly site connections, rollouts, migrations and standardization efforts
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft Intune and Exchange Online
Experience with modern identity and access management solutions
Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization, and network and backup technologies
Experience collaborating with external service providers and international stakeholders
Strong understanding of IT security as well as governance and compliance requirements in international environments
Structured and self-driven, with proven project and implementation skills
Confident communicator with different audiences and service-oriented approach
Very good written and spoken German and English
