Junior HR Analyst – People & Organizational Development (DHO)

Role Overview

• Monitor HR metrics, maintaining, updating and analyzing data;
• Support target management, maintain spreadsheets and prepare management reports;
• Monitor employees' probation periods;
• Support Recruitment & Selection processes, directly handling vacancies when necessary and collaborating with recruitment agencies and external partners;
• Perform operational People Analytics tasks, consolidating data and supporting departmental analyses;
• Support the management and updating of internal policies, documents and processes;
• Contribute to Knowledge Management initiatives and organize internal materials;
• Lead and support onboarding and integration processes for new hires;
• Administer and update content on the internal portal;
• Support the organization and execution of internal events, activities and initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields;
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
• Analytical mindset and ease with information control and management;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Must be based in Belo Horizonte (BH).
