About this role
Role Overview
Monitor HR metrics, maintaining, updating and analyzing data;
Support target management, maintain spreadsheets and prepare management reports;
Monitor employees' probation periods;
Support Recruitment & Selection processes, directly handling vacancies when necessary and collaborating with recruitment agencies and external partners;
Perform operational People Analytics tasks, consolidating data and supporting departmental analyses;
Support the management and updating of internal policies, documents and processes;
Contribute to Knowledge Management initiatives and organize internal materials;
Lead and support onboarding and integration processes for new hires;
Administer and update content on the internal portal;
Support the organization and execution of internal events, activities and initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields;
Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Analytical mindset and ease with information control and management;
