About this role
Role Overview
- Support the commercial team in technical and sales meetings;
- Gather customer needs and requirements;
- Prepare technical and commercial presentations;
- Develop technical proposals and solution specifications;
- Assist with proofs of concept (POC) and equipment demonstrations;
- Support deployment projects for corporate mobility solutions;
- Perform testing, validation and certification of devices and applications;
- Maintain technical relationships with manufacturers and partners;
- Prepare technical documentation, visit reports and meeting minutes;
- Monitor trends and new technologies in the corporate mobility market.
Requirements
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Wi‑Fi concepts
- Familiarity with Android and Windows operating systems
- Experience with corporate mobility devices
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Technical English for reading manuals and documentation is a plus
- Familiarity with solutions from manufacturers such as Zebra Technologies, Honeywell, Datalogic and Asian devices
- Experience in technical support or system implementations
- Basic knowledge of WMS, TMS, ERP or warehouse/logistics automation
- Knowledge of MDM (Mobile Device Management).
