You will turn a working new-business approach into a scalable Project Sales organization — with clear processes, KPIs, structures, and a strong sales team.
You will lead Project Sales both functionally and disciplinarily, report directly to executive management, and further develop the organization so it can grow sustainably.
You will develop a scalable sales framework (sales tiers, playbooks, offer/pricing logic, training, meeting rhythm) and manage it consistently through metrics.
You will define relevant KPIs, develop reliable forecasting, and make sales predictable and transparent.
You will manage strategic customer relationships, oversee complex white-label and private-label projects, and own key contract negotiations and closings.
You will coordinate customer projects with product development, production, quality and marketing, ensuring a smooth handover from sales to implementation.
You will monitor market and competitor developments, identify new business opportunities, and represent Terra Essence at relevant events and trade shows.
Requirements
Several years of experience as a sales leader in B2B sales, ideally in consultative or project-oriented sales organizations.
Experience in technical, consultative, or project sales with complex decision-making processes.
Proven track record in building scalable sales structures, processes, and KPI systems.
Experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
You lead by the numbers, make clear decisions, and are willing to work operationally when required.
Fluent (negotiation-level) German and English.
Nice-to-haves: experience in dietary supplements, food, pharma, contract manufacturing, HubSpot, and white
or private-label business.
