Network management & market presence: You maintain a broad, established network and cultivate strong relationships to identify market opportunities early.
Site assessment & business development: You analyze potential sites, evaluate commercial opportunities, and develop viable operator and site concepts.
Negotiation & contract closing: You conduct discussions and negotiations with property owners and manage the entire process through to final contract drafting.
Strategic development: You monitor market trends, analyze site potential, and derive initiatives to further develop our expansion strategy.
Requirements
Proven experience in site acquisition, expansion, project development, or the real estate sector
Strong network with property owners, project developers, portfolio holders and municipal decision-makers
Experienced in off-market sourcing and able to identify opportunities before they are publicly listed
Confident presence, strong communication skills and negotiation ability — including at executive and owner level
Structured, independent working style with a pronounced understanding of commercial viability and site potential
Willingness to travel; negotiation-level German and very good English, PowerPoint and Excel skills
