Structure and lead the Strategic PMO function, supporting the management and execution of the corporate strategy
Translate strategic guidelines into programs and projects, ensuring alignment, prioritization and a focus on value
Consolidate and maintain the strategic project portfolio, providing an integrated view of status, risks, dependencies and decisions
Implement and operate project governance, including executive cadences, steering committees and monitoring forums
Support the Executive Board in decision-making on priorities, resource allocation, start/stop decisions and replanning of initiatives
Create and maintain executive monitoring templates (status reports, dashboards, concise executive materials)
Work cross-functionally with business areas, supporting strategic project leaders in defining scope, milestones and KPIs
Anticipate execution risks, priority conflicts and organizational bottlenecks, escalating when necessary
Contribute to the development of the company’s project management maturity and strategic execution capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems or related fields
Postgraduate degree or MBA in Strategy, Project Management, Business Management or related areas (preferred)
Experience with project and portfolio management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Monday, Smartsheet, Planner or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in PowerPoint (executive materials) and Excel (analysis, consolidations and tracking)
Knowledge of performance indicators, prioritization and value analysis (business case)
Familiarity with hybrid environments (traditional and agile projects)
Solid experience in Strategic PMO, Corporate PMO or Program/Portfolio Management
Experience in complex environments with multiple strategic initiatives and direct interaction with the Executive Board
Experience in translating and monitoring strategy execution
Strong knowledge of project management (PMBOK, Agile or hybrid models), with a practical and adaptable approach
Ability to perform value analysis, prioritization and support executive decision-making
Strong executive communication and influencing skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
Previous experience in strategy consulting, transformation or large corporate programs is a plus
