Role Overview
- Drive IT initiatives and ensure compliance across all processes
- Analyze and lead IT projects from needs assessment to implementation
- Introduce improvements to IT and information security operating methods
- Optimize tools within internal technology ecosystem
- Act as a lead and reference for level 1 support
- Maintain SOC 2 compliance
- Serve as resource for project teams on IT security requirements
- Assess information security risks and implement measures
- Conduct ongoing technology and information security monitoring
- Utilize AI to improve efficiency
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT
- Proficient in French and English in a professional setting
- Experienced in IT project analysis
- Experience in information security
- Familiar with data protection obligations (including Law 25)
- Autonomous and proactive
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with macOS environment and compliance frameworks (SOC 2 or ISO 27001)
