Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficient and timely and efficient manufacturing of products.
Monitor workforce performance, effectively assign tasks, and ensure all productivity targets are consistently achieved.
Uphold stringent quality standards, proactively troubleshoot process issues, and ensure full adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Collaborate effectively with Quality Control, Engineering, Materials, Warehouse and other departments to swiftly resolve production-related issues.
Track production KPIs such as output, downtime, yield, and scrap, implementing timely and effective corrective actions to maintain operational integrity and prevent recurrence.
Provide comprehensive training, coaching, and constructive performance feedback to production staff promoting continuous skill development and a culture of mutual respect.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives including 5S, Kaizen (Continuous Improvement), and other lean manufacturing practices.
Ensure meticulous documentation of all production reports, attendance records, and incident reports, maintaining auditable records and transparent processes.
Actively participate in internal and external audits, contributing to the maintenance of ISO (International Organization for Standardization) and other relevant regulatory compliance.
Requirements
A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a closely related field.
Preferably 3-5 years of progressive experience in a production supervisory role, with specific expertise in electronics or server rack assembly environments.
Strong understanding of production processes, robust quality standards, and lean manufacturing principles, particularly within the PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) domain.
Proven leadership capabilities, excellent interpersonal skills, and clear communication abilities to foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
Ability to perform effectively under pressure, consistently meet deadlines, and expertly manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experienced with production planning systems such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
