• Screen and qualify applicants
• Match drivers with available opportunities
• Follow up with applicants throughout the hiring process
• Build and manage your own recruiting pipeline

Requirements

• Self-motivated individuals who enjoy working independently
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable using computers, social media, and online job boards
• Sales, recruiting, customer service, or trucking experience is helpful, but not required
