Ensure the stability, consistency, and compliance of all operational routines within the company's Payroll/HR Operations
Serve as the focal point for payroll, benefits, and electronic timekeeping management for approximately 70 employees
Close and reconcile electronic time records, manage vacation tracking, and organize and record medical certificates, absences, and tardiness
Collect, organize, and submit all variables and inputs to the external accounting provider to generate payroll, performing the final validation of amounts
Manage and operationalize the provision of employee benefits (via CAJU card and expense allowances)
Provide direct support to employees across generations and departments (corporate and factory floor) to clarify questions about pay, benefits, and contracts
Maintain organized and timely information flow, reporting directly to the company's finance structure
Requirements
Mid-level
Proven, hands-on experience in HR Operations/Payroll routines and managing a workforce volume (around 70 employees)
Solid knowledge of HR Operations: practical experience with electronic timekeeping systems and time/attendance reconciliation
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for internal controls
Behavioral profile: highly organized, process-oriented, disciplined, absolute discretion with sensitive data, and a strong sense of urgency
Proactive attitude and patience for serving internal stakeholders
