About this role
Role Overview
Develop, maintain and implement compensation strategies and policies, including fixed and variable pay
Lead and further develop the small team
Build and advance a job-grading / job evaluation system
Ensure compliance with national legal requirements, collective bargaining agreements and company/works council agreements
Conduct ongoing market studies / benchmarking and analyze internal data, perform gap analyses and identify trends
Initiate and lead projects, e.g. standardization, introduction or optimization of C&B systems or tools (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors or other systems)
Requirements
Several years of professional experience, including some leadership experience
Experience with job-grading / job evaluation systems
Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements, company/works council agreements, and compensation and bonus models
Experience with HR systems / tools: e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Excel / Power BI, and possibly salary benchmarking tools
Ability to engage and persuade stakeholders
Very good written and spoken German and English
