You monitor the health and performance of your products while proposing optimizations or enhancements.

You make informed decisions—ranging from minor text edits to removing a feature—while respecting the project's scope.
Requirements
You have experience in an agency or consulting environment, including managing a portfolio of multiple clients and projects in parallel.
You are fluent in English and French, both spoken and written, to work with our clients.
You have broad expertise in digital product creation: product management, client relations, Scrum, budgeting, data analysis, mobile and web technologies, and UX/UI design, and you can apply this versatility to projects.
You leverage available AI tools to optimize your work and that of your team.
You can rally, collaborate with, and communicate across diverse expertise areas, demonstrating vision, active listening, and initiative.
You are proactive and versatile, able to move things forward even amid ambiguity.

You are available for regular travel to join the team at our Montreal and Quebec City offices and to visit clients.
