Role Overview
- You will become the ALB reference for your area.
- Development: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unusual accommodations...).
- Operations: Manage your portfolio like your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relations with owners and guests).
- Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field-based).
Requirements
- Persuasive: You know how to convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their home.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or any other field — your motivation to learn and do well is what matters.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
