Role Overview
- You will become ALB’s local point of contact for your area.
- Growth: Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unusual properties, etc.).
- Management: Run your portfolio as your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and relationships with owners and guests).
- Freedom: Organize your time and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / field work).
Requirements
- Persuasiveness: You know how to convince owners to entrust you with the management of their property.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, sales, hairdressing, or another field — your willingness to learn and commitment to doing a good job are what matter.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
