About this role
Role Overview
- You become ALB's local point of contact in your area.
- Identify and onboard new properties for management (apartments, houses, villas, chalets, atypical or unique accommodations...).
- Manage your portfolio as if it were your own business (coordinate cleaning, maintenance, owner and guest relations).
- Organize your schedule and work from wherever you want (partial remote work / fieldwork).
Requirements
- Persuasive: You can convince property owners to entrust you with the management of their homes.
- Open to all backgrounds: Whether you come from real estate, retail, hairdressing, or another sector — your willingness to learn and deliver quality is what matters.
- Autonomous: You want freedom over your schedule while being supported by a solid organization with proven processes.
