Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Proposals in the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring timely completion and submission of high-quality proposals that align with company objectives and client requirements.
Partner with the Senior Manager, Proposals to gather relevant information and develop tailored, persuasive proposals with our cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and technical experts.
Complete proposal templates set up and insert boilerplate content to streamline the proposal process reducing the time and effort required to develop proposals.
Maintain and expand the RFP response database, ensuring that all content is up-to-date, accurate, and engaging.
Support special projects as needed, including but not limited to marketing collateral and white papers to support the proposal and sales process.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field required or equivalent work experience required.
At least 1-3 years Business /Marketing experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
RFP management software a plus but not required (e.g., RFPIO, InHub, Qvidian, Loopio, or similar).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
Must have strong organizational skills, and must be self-motivated to drive tasks to completion, strong writing abilities, and possess a keen eye for detail to ensure the delivery of compelling proposals that drive business growth.
Demonstrated soft skills, including the ability to effectively interact, communicate, and work well as a team member with internal partners at all levels of the organization.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
