Execute, manage, and optimize large-scale advertising campaigns across Google Ads, with a strong focus on Demand Gen campaigns
Develop and implement effective user acquisition strategies focused on performance and scalability
Work closely with video creatives for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns, including creative performance analysis, hypothesis generation, and creative testing
Create clear briefs and collaborate with motion designers and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives
Conduct in-depth keyword, audience, competitor, and creative research to identify growth opportunities
Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance optimization to maximize ROI and business impact
Analyze campaign and creative performance, identify trends, and proactively drive improvements based on data insights
Requirements
1+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
Recent hands-on experience with Demand Gen campaigns within the last year
Strong understanding of video-first advertising approaches, especially for YouTube and Demand Gen campaigns
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads metrics, attribution models, and performance analysis
Experience working with the creative side of performance marketing campaigns and scaling acquisition strategies
Intermediate+ level of English or higher
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making
Results-oriented mindset with strong business and performance focus
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives proactively
Experience with Facebook/Instagram Ads, DV360, TikTok Ads, Bing Ads, or other paid acquisition channels will be a plus
Experience working with video creatives across multiple paid acquisition platforms
