B2C experience in a Creative Strategist or similar role focused on lead generation
Strong track record in direct-response / performance marketing
Proven script writing and creative direction skills
Comfortable reading performance data and translating it into creative decisions
Portfolio showing ads that drove measurable lead or call volume (metrics preferred)
AI tool experience is a plus (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, etc.)
