Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of healthcare practice financing, secured lending, and credit analysis.
Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close complex deals and provide insights that influence decision-making.
Executive Presence: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage clients and referral sources with confidence.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Seven plus years of direct experience in practice financing with proven success.
