Role Overview
- Partner closely with Managing Directors and Country GMs
- Support team effectiveness and day-to-day people decisions
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees
- Maintain a strong pulse on employee and manager sentiment
- Manage employee relations matters end to end
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for regional hiring
- Execute core HR processes across the employee lifecycle
- Deliver global HR programs in-region
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws
- Manage leaves of absence and guide employees
- Ensure data in Workday and payroll systems are up to date
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of local employment laws and compliance requirements (United Kingdom, Netherlands)
- Strong knowledge of local benefits, leave of absences, and pension programs
- Experience advising and influencing managers and leaders on people-related decisions
- Strong HR generalist or HRBP background
- Ability to operate independently while staying connected to a global HR team
- Experience supporting both employees and managers
- High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality
