Partner with business leaders to provide financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
Play a key role in introducing AI-powered solutions into financial processes.
Deliver monthly financial reporting with a focus on sales performance, recurring revenue, and key business trends.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and financial analyses.
Contribute to budgeting, rolling forecasts, scenario planning, and variance analysis.
Produce ad-hoc financial analyses for stakeholders across the business.
Act as the primary link between the FP&A team and Technology and AI teams.
Participate in project scoping, testing, rollout, and change management activities.

Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis and Finance Business Partnering
Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and P&L review.
Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or similar platforms.
Understanding of month-end close processes and accounting principles (IFRS or local GAAP is an advantage).
Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage.
Experience working with financial reporting tools.
Confidence working with large datasets and financial models.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Finance and Technology teams.
Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI, automation, and emerging Finance technologies.
A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
High attention to detail, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
