About this role
Role Overview
You pick up the phone. The phone is your most important tool.
Most of your day consists of real conversations with real people — no email ping-pong.
You build your own target list.
You research which companies are a fit for us (SMEs, 50–500 employees) and identify the right contacts (CFO, Head of Finance / Controlling).
You qualify leads. In conversations you uncover pain points and determine whether we are a fit.
What qualifies, you hand over cleanly to the sales team.
You get better every week. You test what works, review your numbers and refine your outreach.
Requirements
You want to win.
You don't settle for “good enough” — you aim to be at the top of the board.
You enjoy making calls and are good at it.
A “no” doesn't put you off; it gets you ready for the next call.
You work in a structured way and can build clean target-customer lists on your own instead of waiting for instructions.
Initial experience in sales (SDR, Inside Sales, Telesales) is a plus but not required.
Hunger and talent outweigh a CV.
You speak German at native level.
