Actively manage a team of data professionals to achieve strategic priorities and performance goals.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to standardize, promote, and evangelize the responsible and ethical use of data needed to improve the firm's performance.
Serve as a subject matter expert of our enterprise-class data warehouse and analytics solution.
Leverage our data to support performance initiatives.
Assist with the build, development, and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
Support in driving data initiatives and efforts to improve firm-wide decision-making.
Partner with the Information Security and Data Protection teams to implement controls, policies, and standards that meet organizational expectations while still complying with regulatory requirements.
Present operational updates, issues, and proposals to directors and executive leadership on a regular basis.
Help govern and support a culture that manages data as an enterprise asset.
Cultivate, foster, and maintain positive working relationships with data-centric user and peer groups.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement on the team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
At least 6 years of related experience required
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience required
A degree in Information Technology, Computer Systems Analysis, or Management Information Systems is preferred
PMP preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, policies, and procedures
Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with business stakeholders and leaders, IT project planning, delivery, and execution using Traditional and Agile SDLC methodologies
Experience with VSTS, Jira, and/or other team/project collaboration tools
Ability to work in and lead a team, while communicating and coordinating with peer teams
Ability to formulate, document and recommend new policies and procedures
Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
Ability to travel as required by business and on-call availability
