Monitor ongoing supply contracts (loyal customers) or on-demand arrangements.
Provide excellent customer service from first contact through after-sales support.
Advise customers throughout the process, resolving issues and ensuring their satisfaction.
Identify new applications and opportunities for product development.
Participate in preparing project proposals for new and existing accounts.
Execute commercial planning in accordance with marketing guidelines.
Monitor competitor actions and market trends, proposing strategic initiatives.
Operate in compliance with company standards, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.
Report business progress and results through analytical reports.
Track the profitability and agreed volumes of the accounts under your management.
Requirements
University degree (completed or in progress).
Experience in outside/external sales routines.
Sales and negotiation techniques.
Knowledge of account portfolio management, new customer prospecting, and after-sales support.
Holder of a valid Category B driver's license and driving skills.
Availability for occasional travel.
