Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, education, human resources, organizational development, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Professional certifications or designations in learning and development, coaching, leadership development, or insurance preferred.
7+ years with meaningful experience in learning and development, facilitation, coaching, instructional design, or training, with a strong emphasis on soft-skills development.
Experience in the E&S insurance industry including knowledge of surplus lines, underwriting, coverages, market practices, and related workflows.
Experience training underwriters, brokers, operations teams, or other insurance professionals in wholesale, programs, specialty, or E&S environments.
Proven success designing and delivering programs focused on communication, collaboration, influence, presentation effectiveness, relationship building, and professional growth across a range of audience and experience levels.
Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience providing performance-based coaching, feedback, and reinforcement strategies that support skill adoption and behavior change.
Ability to tailor learning solutions for different audiences and roles.
Strong stakeholder management, organization, and project execution skills.
