Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant outside work experience managing a sales team.
2+ years of Ameristar inside sales experience or relevant outside work experience managing a sales team.
Demonstrated ability to build relationships with both external customers and internal cross-functional departments to drive successful sales results for Perimeter Security.
Functional experience in recruiting, hiring, on-boarding and training inside sales people.
Functional experience transferring organizational performance targets to team members as KPI and development targets.
Maintaining a consistent cadence of employee reviews and development meetings while maintaining performance and career development goals.
