About this role
Role Overview
- Bring client systems online or take them offline in accordance with established procedures or as requested by the area manager.
- Submit Batch processes to run client systems and evaluate their functionality.
- Review data and computer operation logs, identify indicators with deviations, interpret messages, assess whether they can be resolved independently or require escalation to the responsible teams.
- Manage the recording of backup cartridges, identify, organize, and store them according to the formats and locations specified in established procedures.
Requirements
- Completed IT technical course, or
- Bachelor's degree in IT in progress or completed
