Service and Sales Associate

Role Overview

• As a Service and Sales Associate, you will advise customers and sell postal services and Postbank banking products.
• You will proactively engage customers to inform them about our products.
• Your responsibilities include merchandise and shelf maintenance, including recording out-of-stock items, and assisting with inventory tasks.
• You will support branch management in implementing operational policies and quality management measures.

Requirements

• Ideally, professional experience in sales
• A strong interest in selling and customer service
• A friendly, confident, and personable demeanor
