Role Overview
- Searching for contact details and researching potential clients
- Prospecting potential new clients via phone, email, or in person (you should be confident when calling/speaking with people you don’t know)
- Conducting initial needs-analysis conversations via online calls or in person
- Preparing presentations for prospective and existing clients
- Delivering presentations to clients and leading sales conversations
- Organizing client events
- Building and maintaining relationships with your client base
- Managing the CRM
Requirements
- You are passionate about marketing & social media
- You enjoy making phone calls and can handle rejection
- You like meeting new people and enjoy helping others
- You work in an organized way and always keep an overview
- You speak German fluently, both written and spoken (C2)
- You learn quickly and pursue independent professional development
- You work well on your own initiative and do not need constant direction
- You are reflective and self-aware
- You are excited to help us build Europe’s largest social media agency
- Willingness to travel (2–7+ days per month)
