Responsible for operational HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding
Create, manage and maintain all personnel-related documents, in particular employment contracts, contract amendments and references/certificates
Support in payroll preparation and ensure timely payroll runs
Administer and maintain time and absence management as well as the HR management system
Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on HR, payroll and employment law matters
Support and coordinate the full recruiting process – from job posting to onboarding
Plan, organize and implement personnel development measures
Assist with employee interviews and other HR-related initiatives
Participate in the development of HR processes and in cross-functional HR projects
Requirements
Completed commercial training, preferably with a focus on HR (e.g. HR administrator or HR specialist) or a degree with a focus on Human Resources/Personnel Management
Several years of professional experience in HR, for example as an HR administrator or HR specialist
Strong communication skills and an open, team-oriented personality
Independent, structured and responsible way of working
Analytical thinking and a solution-oriented approach
High social competence and a confident, friendly demeanor
Ideally experienced with ATOSS and/or Personio
Good English skills (level B1–B2) are an advantage
