And you contribute actively to improving the sales process — structures, templates, workflows.
Requirements
You are fluent in German and French — you switch effortlessly between the languages depending on who you’re speaking with.
You bring an existing network in the solar, electrical, or building services sector in Switzerland — you know the industry and the businesses.
Experience in B2B software sales or direct sales to trade businesses is a clear plus.
You work independently and in a structured way, you know how to generate leads and how to drive a deal forward.
And you communicate honestly — you recognize when a business is truly ready and when it is not.
