Lead and localize Tubi’s marketing strategy for Mexico, ensuring alignment with global brand priorities while tailoring campaigns to regional audience insights.
Oversee 360° marketing campaigns, including brand, digital, social, partnerships, and experiential activations that grow awareness and engagement among Mexican audiences and advertisers.
Leverage the power of sports—in particular women’s football and other culturally relevant sports—to drive acquisition and engagement through paid, owned and content-led initiatives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, growth, and product teams to identify local marketing opportunities and deliver cohesive go-to-market plans.
Develop best-in-class sales enablement, content marketing and trade marketing for Mexico in support of channel sales partners.
Develop and monitor KPIs, using data-driven insights to optimize marketing performance and maximize ROI across all channels.
Requirements
7+ years of marketing experience in consumer-facing industries (entertainment, media, sports, or technology preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Demonstrated success in launching or scaling consumer brands in Mexico.
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
Impressive references and a portfolio showcasing impactful campaigns.
