The AI Marketing Engineer will build and operationalize AI-powered systems to enhance marketing processes and work closely with Commercial Technology and IT to integrate these tools.

Requirements:
- 5+ years in digital marketing, marketing operations, growth, analytics, or marketing technology roles; demonstrated system-thinking and automation mindset
- Hands-on experience building AI workflows/agents using LLMs for prompt design, structured outputs, evaluation/iteration
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and integrations across common marketing systems (CRM, MAP, CMS, analytics)
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, customer journeys, and how marketing activity ties to measurable outcomes
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into deployable workflows; strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Commercial Tech, and IT
- Experience with experimentation frameworks (A/B testing, journey optimization, performance diagnostics)
- Familiarity with data pipelines/semantic layers, tagging/measurement governance, and dashboarding
- Experience with prompt libraries, agent orchestration tools, retrieval (RAG), and content governance at scale
- Comfort operating in regulated environments with privacy/security constraints
