Completed degree in business administration, economics, or engineering
Completed banking apprenticeship or further qualification (e.g., Bankfachwirt/Bankbetriebswirt) is a plus
Knowledge of bank lending processes, particularly residential mortgage financing and building-savings products (Bausparen)
Methodological knowledge in consulting, process analysis, business analysis, test management, and functional specifications
Broad understanding of IT processes, ideally in service-oriented architecture, API management, and cloud technologies
Experience with various project management approaches (e.g., agile project management)
Willingness to take on new challenges
Enjoy working in teams and interacting with people
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
Excellent English skills; additional IT skills are a plus
