Conduct research, testing, validation and technical analyses using standardized procedures and clear descriptions of the scenarios evaluated and the expected results, with the objective of ensuring delivery of products and services with high quality and adherence to defined requirements.
Proactively monitor operational processes by tracking deadlines, identifying deviations and taking corrective actions whenever necessary, in order to ensure accurate and timely acceptance within established timelines.
Perform system validation and acceptance testing using predefined test scripts and technical descriptions to validate correct functionality of features and ensure that implemented adjustments meet expectations.
Forward requests to the IT area based on previously agreed system adjustments and using appropriate tools, with the purpose of promoting continuous improvements in the company’s systems, services and operational workflows.
