Business Systems Analyst (Mortgage Servicing) - REMOTE

They are currently seeking an experienced Mortgage Servicing Business Systems Analyst to support a large-scale mortgage lending data integration initiative centered around Encompass, focusing on data mapping and loan data consolidation efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Support a fast-moving data mapping initiative across multiple acquired mortgage lending systems
• Analyze, document, and validate complex loan data mappings between legacy platforms and Encompass environments
• Lead large-scale loan data consolidation efforts involving 1M–2M+ loan records across acquisition-driven environments
• Partner with business, operations, and technical teams to define data transformation logic and integration requirements
• Perform data validation, gap analysis, and quality assurance to ensure accurate migration and reporting consistency
• Work independently in highly dynamic environments with minimal oversight and aggressive project timelines
• Support integration efforts between Encompass and other lending or enterprise systems

Requirements:

• Strong experience working with Encompass and mortgage Servicing / loan origination systems
• Proven background in large-scale data mapping, data migration, and system integration projects
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan lifecycle, lending operations, and loan data structures
• Ability to work independently and drive deliverables with minimal supervision
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating in acquisition-heavy or rapidly changing business environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience consolidating and validating high-volume loan datasets (1M–2M+ records preferred)
• Immediate availability preferred
