Regularize the tax status of legal entities at municipal, state, federal levels and with any other required agencies;
Execute complex regularization processes within payroll, tax and accounting departments, as well as file federal, municipal and state ancillary obligations;
Assist in preparing detailed budgets for complex services and communicate costs and process stages to clients;
Perform consultative sales of regularization services by identifying clients' specific needs;
Monitor and update spreadsheets and control reports for regularization, maintaining accurate records and clear communication with clients;
Maintain communication with clients to advise them on outstanding issues and the progress of the regularization process;
Initiate processes for tax refunds and voluntary disclosures, tax installment plans, and issue payment guides (guias) for payment;
File ancillary obligations such as SPED Contribuições, DCTF
Monthly, DCTF-Web, PGDAS, DASN, DEFIS and other filings related to the operations of companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido.
Requirements
Intermediate knowledge of tax rules for companies under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido;
Advanced knowledge of tax regularization procedures at municipal, state and federal levels;
Experience filing federal ancillary obligations;
Experience with tax, accounting and payroll department processes, including calculations of labor taxes and specific ancillary obligations;
Experience with state-level obligations (GIA, Sintegra, DIFAL, ICMS ST);
Intermediate knowledge of basic company registration processes with fiscal and regulatory agencies;
Intermediate knowledge of accounting bookkeeping;
Ability to prepare complex reports and fiscal documentation;
Skill in tax installment plans, issuance, control and offsetting of payment guides (guias);
Broad knowledge of federal, state and municipal portal systems;
Ability to identify and interpret complex issues, including understanding the particularities of state tax notices and personnel-related notifications;
Ability to develop budgets and negotiate processes, adapting fees according to the specific requirements of the client;
Advanced knowledge of accounting and tax management software (Questor, SIEG, Acessórias);
Experience with process and communication management tools such as Tiflux;
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Office Suite);
