Connect Enterprise Payments to Emerging Capabilities: Serve as Enterprise Payments’ primary liaison to enterprise AI, technology and innovation teams, ensuring associates and leaders have access to new tools, pilots, and best practices.
Design Leadership & Capability Experiences: Lead targeted associate development experiences, leadership forums, and capability-building programs that strengthen leadership effectiveness, AI readiness, and organizational capabilities
Drive Innovation & Industry Engagement: Bring external perspectives, emerging trends, and industry insights into Enterprise Payments.
Shape Future Ways of Working: Identify opportunities to improve productivity, simplify processes, redesign workflows, and leverage emerging technologies to improve productivity and organization effectiveness.
Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive cross-functional programs and special projects aligned to Enterprise Payments priorities.
Measure Impact: Track adoption, engagement, and business outcomes to continuously improve programs and initiatives.

Bachelor's degree or Military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Strategy, or Chief of Staff
At least 2 years experience with Google Suite or Microsoft Office
At least 2 years experience working with Generative AI tools
At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management, strategy or Chief of Staff (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional strategic initiatives in a matrixed environment (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience driving adoption of emerging technologies, ie Generative AI (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience designing and executing leadership development, capability-building, or organizational enablement programs (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience supporting executive leaders (preferred)
At least 2 years of experience managing stakeholder relationships across business functions (preferred)
At least 2 years of storytelling and presenting technical ideations to diverse audiences (preferred)
