Drive acquisition, engagement, retention, and pipeline growth outcomes, including lifecycle and customer value activity
Track, analyse, and optimise campaign, funnel, and programme performance using data, CRM, and digital tools
Partner closely with internal teams and agency partners to provide clear guidance and recommendations to stakeholders

Proven depth of experience in end-to-end marketing delivery across B2C and/or B2B environments
Proven track record of delivering marketing activity that drives measurable commercial outcomes
Strong marketing judgement across audience, proposition, messaging, and channel mix
Experience in acquisition marketing, go-to-market delivery, and performance optimisation
Confidence working in complex, cross-functional environments and influencing a range of stakeholders
