Regional PT Manager

Role Overview

• Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates for YPT and external partners.
• Conduct interviews and provide PT support daily to ensure a consistent recruitment process.
• Build strong relationships with training providers, colleges, and industry networks.
• Manage job postings, applications, and onboarding processes using our CRM system.
• Lead engaging onboarding sessions and workshops for new PTs.
• Track performance and facilitate ongoing CPD opportunities through Your Academy.
• Conduct regular check-ins to monitor PT performance and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experienced, driven, and organised.
• Ability to proactively source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Strong relationship-building with training providers, colleges, and industry networks.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and job postings management.
• Proficiency in onboarding and developing personal trainers.
• Ability to track performance and identify areas for professional growth.
