You are responsible for a defined client portfolio and build long-term, trust-based relationships at management and decision-making levels.
Together with your clients you analyze business processes and strategic objectives, identify opportunities for cloud migrations, AI applications and other value-added solutions from the Forterro portfolio, and drive these opportunities to successful closure.
You develop holistic customer strategies that promote the use of cloud, AI and cross-sell solutions, thereby sustainably increasing your clients’ business success.
During client meetings you present innovative solution approaches, run workshops and advisory sessions, and support contract and commercial negotiations.
In close collaboration with Marketing, Services, Customer Success and Presales, you coordinate initiatives for customer development and digital transformation.
Through market and competitive analyses you identify early opportunities for cloud transformations, AI-enabled business processes and cross-selling potential, and prioritize them strategically.
You document your activities in a structured manner in the CRM, produce reliable forecasts and steer the sustainable development of your customer relationships.
Requirements
You have several years of proven, successful sales experience in the ERP, cloud or software environment, ideally with responsibility for managing existing accounts.
You understand the challenges and processes of manufacturing companies and can advise clients at a strategic level.
You are passionate about topics such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, digitalization and data-driven business processes, and know how to convincingly communicate their value.
You are comfortable engaging with decision-makers and demonstrate professional presence, negotiation skills and strong consultative abilities.
You work in a structured, entrepreneurial and results-oriented manner and proactively develop customer potential.
Familiarity with CRM systems, digital sales tools and modern collaboration platforms is a matter of course for you.
Business-fluent German and good English skills, as well as willingness to travel, complete your profile.
