Sales Development Representative – DACH, B2G SaaS

Role Overview

• You identify the right contacts
• You generate interest in our solutions
• You lay the foundation for long-term customer relationships in the public sector through professional communication
• Build a qualified pipeline for our Account Executive team
• Outbound prospecting: identify new leads
• Develop your own outbound campaigns
• Analyze the status quo, pain points and needs of potential customers
• Record all activities in the CRM and hand them over seamlessly to the Account Executive team
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Product, providing market feedback

Requirements

• Some first experience in sales, ideally as a BDR, SDR or AE
• Initial exposure to B2B customers in a SaaS environment is an advantage
• Experience in the public sector is a strong plus
• Positive presence, high social skills and excellent communication abilities
• Active listening
• Goal-oriented and proactive
• Enthusiasm for SaaS and software solutions
• German at C2+ level, English at B2+ level

• Attractive target compensation up to €65,000 with uncapped commission
• Base salary between €43,000 and €46,000
