Take over and stabilize the existing international business across a broad portfolio of countries (including Italy, Spain, the UK, Ireland, Benelux, and Latin America)
Independently manage and grow key accounts — from international industrial customers to large trading and processing groups
Define the international expansion strategy in close collaboration with the CEO: which countries to target, how to approach them, and where to prioritize growth
Gradually build and lead the international sales team (currently 3, target 5–7) including recruiting A-players
Be hands-on in the market: sell directly and lead the team by example
Requirements
Several years of experience in international B2B sales, ideally in key-account management with long sales cycles
Comfortable in a corporate environment (structured, strategic, confident in presentations) while also adept at a direct commercial sales culture for smaller customers
Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment of direct selling
Potential or proven experience in leadership: building and developing teams and selecting the right people
Strong organizational skills, composure with demanding customers, proactivity, and genuine listening skills
Business-fluent German and English; Spanish (and possibly Italian) is a plus
Construction industry experience is helpful but not required — what matters is sales DNA and the right mix of strategy and pragmatism
