Provide administrative and programmatic leadership for the Feeding Our Neighbor’s Program
Oversee day-to-day operations of the program including 38+ pantries and Hub operations
Manage program budget of approximately $5 million
Directly supervise FON Management Team
Recruit, train and supervise staff and volunteers
Identify area(s) of unmet needs throughout the Archdiocese of NY
Advocate for the needs of underserved populations within the community

Master’s degree in social services, non-profit management or related field required
Minimum 3 years' experience in food related inventory management and logistics
Minimum 5 years in a management role
Familiarity with state and local health requirements for safe food handling and operations
Familiarity with and compassion towards poverty and hunger related public policy
Experience with budget and grants management
Computer proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
