Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and perform cold calling.
Identify, qualify, and nurture sales opportunities in the early stages of the pipeline.
Schedule introductory meetings for the founders and the sales team.
Research target accounts, key stakeholders, and decision‑makers.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in HubSpot.
Support the optimization and scaling of our outbound and sales processes.
Prepare analyses and reports to track and evaluate the performance of our sales activities.

Currently enrolled student in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Genuine interest in Sales Operations within the SaaS and FinTech environment, with strong German and English skills.
First practical experience using a CRM system, preferably HubSpot.
Comfortable proactively picking up the phone and approaching new contacts.
Excellent communication skills and a confident presence.
High self‑motivation and enjoyment in persuading people.
Resilience and a positive approach to rejection.
Responsible with a good sense for efficient workflows and optimization potential.
Organized and structured working style, able to combine analytical thinking with pragmatic problem‑solving and execution.
